Terms of Service

VISION AIR LTD (Manchester, United Kingdom) provides the Widerruf: EU Withdrawal Button app (the “App”), which adds a withdrawal button and a two-step withdrawal form to a Shopify storefront, records the resulting requests, sends timestamped confirmation emails, and — on the Pro plan — automates refunds and order cancellations.

You must operate a Shopify store and be authorised to install apps on it. You are responsible for everything done through your store's admin, including approvals of withdrawal requests and any refunds those approvals trigger.

• The Free plan is available at no cost for as long as you use it.
• The Pro plan is billed at $9 per month through Shopify's billing system, on your store's regular Shopify invoice.
• Charges recur monthly until cancelled. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your Shopify admin; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Because billing is handled by Shopify, refunds follow Shopify's app billing rules. Contact us and we will help where we can.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.

You agree not to:

• use the App to obstruct, delay or discourage legitimate withdrawal requests;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or copy the App or any part of it;
• interfere with the App's operation, security or availability, or attempt to access data belonging to other merchants;
• use the App to send unsolicited messages or to process data you have no lawful basis to process.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the form text you publish, for the decisions you make on each request, and for confirming that your setup meets the requirements applicable to your business. You are also responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy and terms towards your customers.

The App, this website and all associated materials remain the property of VISION AIR LTD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while your subscription is active. Your store data and content remain yours.

We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, Shopify-side changes and third-party outages can affect availability. Support is provided by email at admin@euwiderrufsbutton.app.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice, and no outcome of any regulatory or judicial process is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, VISION AIR LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify VISION AIR LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these terms, or your failure to meet your own legal obligations towards your customers.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued provision would create a security or legal risk. On termination, the rights granted here end and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the App evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified in the App or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
